Daily Fit ReviewDaily Fit claims to be a stimulant-free fat burner that has been formulated to help you burn calories. It offers thermogenic fat burning support to help you stay lean and fit. It is manufactured by Optimum Nutrition and its primary active ingredients are L-Carnitine and Green Tea. Both of these ingredients are thought to help support metabolism and help you get the most out of your fat burning when combined with exercise.

More specifically, when this Daily Fit review was written, the formula contained the following ingredients per 2 capsule serving: Thiamin (3 mg), Riboflavin (3.4 mg), Niacin (12 mg), Vitamin B6 (4 mg), Folic Acid (200 mcg), Vitamin B12 (12 mcg), Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl (500 mg), Green Tea Extract (200 mg), Red Pepper Extract (65 mg), Black Pepper Extract (10 mg).

The suggested use is to take Daily Fit in the morning after meals. Other than this instruction on the official product page, no other directions, such as how many pills to take per day, etc.) are provided.

None of the above ingredients have ever been clinically proven effective or safe for weight loss or treating obesity. What’s more, Daily Fit is not stimulant-free as the manufacturer claims. It may be considered “non-stimulant” due to the low levels of caffeine in green tea but it is certainly not free of caffeine, which is a stimulant.

Although green tea certainly does not contain as much caffeine as coffee nor is the caffeine content of green tea extract as potent as caffeine anhydrous, caffeine still exists within it. For a company to claim that their product is “simulant-free” or to give the impression that it does not contain caffeine is simply untrue and irresponsible. It suggests that either the company is lying or that it does not know the difference between a product that contains caffeine and one that doesn’t.

Either way, this is a red flag for Daily Fit and the company behind it, Optimum Nutrition. If you are interested in taking a fat burning dietary supplement, there are better products available from far more reputable companies.

That being said, no matter what dietary supplement you might consider as part of your weight management regimen, always remember that it’s a good idea to discuss your plans with your healthcare provider. A professional medical opinion can be very useful in helping you find a product that is safe and provides you with the best weight loss support.

Maxislim Day is a nonprescription diet pill that is designed to help dieters to be able to lose weight and achieve easier weight maintenance. Although the official webpage for the product on the manufacturer’s website never specifically says that it is formulated for women, the images on the bottle make it clear that the female market is their target group. That manufacturer, a company called Health Arena, also claims that this product’s formula helps to improve fat burning, suppresses the appetite, and boosts the metabolism.

This is a common claim, but whether or not it actually lives up to it will help to make it easier to understand whether this product is worth its low price.

It should be recognized that Maxislim Day is only one of a number of weight loss products produced and sold by Health Arena, and it is one of a line of different products being sold under the Maxislim brand name. The formula was recently created to remove 5-HTP and caffeine, which are both substances that have considerable scientific evidence to support their weight loss benefits, and replace them with citrus aurantium, acai berry and chili powder.

This could be considered to be a rather confusing move by the company considering that citrus aurantium is a substance that contains synephrine, and the FDA has released a warning cautioning consumers against the use of anything that contains that substance. The reason is that it has been linked to a number of strong side effects that could be uncomfortable for some dieters and that could be downright dangerous for people who have certain health conditions. Moreover the next ingredient that was brought in, acai berry, is known to be associated with some of the largest weight loss product scams in the history of the industry as there is absolutely nothing about that ingredient that has ever been scientifically or clinically linked to speeding up weight loss. That said, the chili powder does contain capsicum, which can help to produce a thermogenic reaction in the body and speed up fat burning provided that its use is combined with cardio exercise.

The rest of the active ingredients that make up Maxislim Day include L-tyrosine powder, green tea extract, conjugated linoleic acid powder (CLA), guarana seed extract, black pepper extract, vitamin B6, cayenne powder, and chromium.

It should be recognized that guarana seed extract is a powerful stimulant and green tea extract also contains a stimulant (caffeine). This, particularly combined with the citrus aurantium, could lead to some unwanted side effects such as trembling, nervousness, sleeplessness, nausea, and others.

Lipo 13 is an over the counter supplement that has been designed to help dieters to be able to achieve faster and easier weight loss. It is manufactured by Ecopharma, which is a company that is headquartered in Belgium. Originally, this product was sold under the label “Lipo XR”, but Ecopharma has now changed the name of these diet pills, and the ingredients have been slightly changed within the formula from what they had been under the old brand name.

According to the manufacturer, each of the ingredients within the formula for Lipo 13 has been clinically tested. That said, while it did say that testing occurred, it did not actually reveal the results of those tests on the website. This leaves the visitor to assume that the results were positive in terms of effectiveness and safety, though it never specifically says this. This could be a matter of either sloppy or careful wording on the website, neither of which reflects very well on the product.

This impression is made worse by the fact that Lipo XR had been sold with a 14 day money back guarantee. This may be a very short guarantee, but at least it was there. At the time of this review, no mention of that guarantee could be found on the official website.

To gain a better understanding of Lipo 13, it is a good idea to examine the formula for this product, which claims to be clinically tested. The ingredients listed on the official website at the time of this review are: citrin HCA, green tea, forslean, guarana, yerba mate, bioperine, L-carnitine, choline bitartrate, magnesium, L-tyrosine, zinc, vitamin B6, and chromium.

This list makes it very clear that while these ingredients may have been clinically tested, they are not proven and that the wording on the website was strategic and not careless. This problem could be identified with the chromium, alone. The Mayo Clinic, a highly reputable medical organization, has included chromium among the ingredients that it has labeled inadequately studied when it comes to the claims being made for use in a diet pill.

Moreover, it is clear that this formula is highly based on powerful stimulants. The citrin HCA, green tea, guarana, and yerba mate are examples of powerful stimulants on their own, but even more powerful when combined. This may seem appealing because stimulants are known for helping to reduce the appetite and boost energy levels and fat burning, except that when they are combined to a very powerful degree, then any benefits may be negated by the risk of unwanted and unpleasant side effects such as sleeplessness, jitters, anxiety, headaches, and more.

Thermoburn is a nonprescription diet pill that is geared directly toward male dieters. In this effort, it has targeted all of its marketing claims and benefits toward that specific market. As the name implies, the way that this product has been designed to promote weight loss is through thermogenesis.

That is a process in which the body raises its temperature and, in doing so, burns more calories and fats as a fuel in order to produce that heat. This can help to enhance the metabolic rate and achieve greater fat loss if it is combined with exercise and if it is powerful enough.

The product, itself, is manufactured by Muscle Lab. That company is a nutrition business that is based in the U.S. and that also produces a number of other products within the same overall category.

According to the official website for Thermoburn, the ingredients that make up the formula for this diet pill include: guarana, vitamin B6, green tea extract, caffeine anhydrous, and citrus aurantium. It is very clear to anyone with experience in diet pills that this product is primarily based on stimulants. In fact, the stimulants in this formula are high enough that it should likely raise some red flags for many dieters. Every single one of those substances, other than the vitamin B6 contains some form of stimulant. In the case of the guarana, caffeine anhydrous, and citrus aurantium, this represents quite powerful stimulants.

When these substances are combined, it means that there will be many people who will experience side effects that could range from quite mild to very uncomfortable. At this level, side effects could include anything and everything from sleeplessness to jitters, from heart palpitations to a rapid heartbeat and a rise in blood pressure, from anxiety to nausea, and from diarrhea to constipation. There are many other side effects associated with the high use of stimulants, as well, and dieters should be aware of them before taking a product such as this one.

In fact, it is highly recommended that anyone who intends to use Thermoburn first speak with his doctor. The reason is that it is not only wise to do this before taking any diet pill, but in the case of these particular pills, there could be a risk that they could conflict with a medical condition or cause problems with drugs or even other supplements that are already being taken or that could be taken throughout the use of this diet pill.
