Daily Fit ReviewDaily Fit claims to be a stimulant-free fat burner that has been formulated to help you burn calories. It offers thermogenic fat burning support to help you stay lean and fit. It is manufactured by Optimum Nutrition and its primary active ingredients are L-Carnitine and Green Tea. Both of these ingredients are thought to help support metabolism and help you get the most out of your fat burning when combined with exercise.

More specifically, when this Daily Fit review was written, the formula contained the following ingredients per 2 capsule serving: Thiamin (3 mg), Riboflavin (3.4 mg), Niacin (12 mg), Vitamin B6 (4 mg), Folic Acid (200 mcg), Vitamin B12 (12 mcg), Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl (500 mg), Green Tea Extract (200 mg), Red Pepper Extract (65 mg), Black Pepper Extract (10 mg).

The suggested use is to take Daily Fit in the morning after meals. Other than this instruction on the official product page, no other directions, such as how many pills to take per day, etc.) are provided.

None of the above ingredients have ever been clinically proven effective or safe for weight loss or treating obesity. What’s more, Daily Fit is not stimulant-free as the manufacturer claims. It may be considered “non-stimulant” due to the low levels of caffeine in green tea but it is certainly not free of caffeine, which is a stimulant.

Although green tea certainly does not contain as much caffeine as coffee nor is the caffeine content of green tea extract as potent as caffeine anhydrous, caffeine still exists within it. For a company to claim that their product is “simulant-free” or to give the impression that it does not contain caffeine is simply untrue and irresponsible. It suggests that either the company is lying or that it does not know the difference between a product that contains caffeine and one that doesn’t.

Either way, this is a red flag for Daily Fit and the company behind it, Optimum Nutrition. If you are interested in taking a fat burning dietary supplement, there are better products available from far more reputable companies.

That being said, no matter what dietary supplement you might consider as part of your weight management regimen, always remember that it’s a good idea to discuss your plans with your healthcare provider. A professional medical opinion can be very useful in helping you find a product that is safe and provides you with the best weight loss support.

Metabosyn is a type of diet pill that is designed to help people to be able to lose weight. The company behind this product is NutriPharm, LLC, which is a large manufacturer of supplements within this category and that is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. That particular location is known to be a hub for very low quality health and weight loss category supplements. That said, just because this product is made in a certain city, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it will not work. It is important to give these diet pills a fair examination before discounting them, altogether.

To start, the company, itself, has had many different customer complaints registered against it, online. However, those complaints appear to be focused primarily on products other than Metabosyn, so there is still a chance that this could be the diamond in the rough.

The product is manufactured in the United States and it can be purchased exclusively within that country. The official website for the product does not offer international shipping options. At the time that this review was written, each bottle contained a month’s supply of the product and it cost $69.95, in addition to the $4.95 domestic shipping fee.

The ingredients that make up the Metabosyn formula were listed as being: green coffee bean extract, Chromax, raspberry ketone, lipolide SC, phenyethylamine, caffeine anhydrous, evodiamine, humulus lupulus, methyl synephrine, ginger root, quercetin, vitamin B12, and bioperine.

There are a few concerns that should start to rise when looking at this list of ingredients. The first is that this is a relatively long list, so it is hard to tell whether or not it is possible for enough of the ingredients to be used to produce any benefit – if there is any to be had. However, the second problem is that there is a potentially dangerous combination within this list. That combination is between the methyl synephrine and the caffeine anhydrous.

Caffeine anhydrous, on its own, is usually considered to be a well tolerated stimulant that is safe to use for most dieters on a regular basis. In fact, it has been extensively researched and it has been connected with a number of weight loss supporting benefits such as a metabolic boost, increased alertness, and even appetite suppression for some people.

On the other hand, synephrine is an ingredient that has been associated with some potentially dangerous side effects, to the point that the FDA has warned dieters not to use supplements that contain that ingredient. Furthermore, a growing body of research has shown that when synephrine is combined with other stimulants, especially caffeine, the risk of those dangerous side effects – such as stroke or heart attack – climbs significantly.

Forza African Mango is a diet supplement that is one of a line of different products to be used independently or in specific combinations with one another, from the manufacturer, Forza Supplements, which is a part of a larger company that is called Forza Industries.

This product is marketed as a promoter of weight loss through certain appetite suppression benefits that are associated with African Mango by way of anecdotal evidence. The official website of the manufacturer includes a webpage for this product that states that the main ingredient within this product is native to Nigeria and Cameroon, where it is used by local tribesmen to reduce their hunger levels while they are away on long hunting trips. This practice has continued over centuries.

That said, while this has generated a great deal of media hype over the last few years, and a hundreds, if not thousands of diet pill formulas have contained African Mango at one time or another, there has yet to be any scientific evidence from a reputable study that would suggest that this substance actually does what so many manufacturers claim. Moreover, if the plant itself does produce the hunger suppressing benefits, it isn’t known if extracts from it will offer those same advantages to dieters.

Beyond the African Mango in Forza African Mango, the ingredients list also states that it includes a DynamoBlend™, which is found in a handful of other supplements from this manufacturer, as well. That trademarked blend includes caffeine 300mg, beta-alanine, vitamin B12, and resveratrol.

Among all of those ingredients, the one that is actually the most likely to provide any weight loss dieting support is the caffeine. It is the one that has been shown by scientific study to boost alertness as well as endurance when exercising and overall athletic performance. This means that it can help dieters get a lot more out of their workouts without having to slow down or stop as a result of fatigue.

Unfortunately, each pill contains a very high amount of caffeine. The daily amount that a user would be taking when following the instructions is 450mg, which is the equivalent to 4 and a half relatively strong cups of coffee. When considering that two thirds of that is taken all at once, followed by the remainder, a few hours later, that could cause some very uncomfortable side effects among many dieters and Forza African Mango may not be safe for people with certain common medical conditions.

Lipozin is a nonprescription fat burning diet pill. Its manufacturers claim that its customers have a 95 percent success rate through its use and that it is one of the most effective products in its category. It also claims to include clinically proven ingredients to help its users to reach their weight loss goals.

In an unidentified study that is mentioned on the official website, it states that over 60 days, its users lost 10.95 pounds while the placebo group lost just over 5 pounds. No reference on the website could be found at the time of this review with regards to who conducted the study, how it was conducted, how many people were involved, or whether or not it was published in a peer reviewed medical journal. The fact that these details were not provide suggests that it is a study that was conducted by the company itself, or in a manner that would not be considered to be “proof” by the medical community.

At the time of this review, the ingredients listed on the website for the Lipozin formula were: Vitamin B12, chromium, green tea leaf extract, guarana, caffeine, hoodia gordonii, and cha de bugre. Anyone who has any experience in diet pills can see two primary issues, right away. The first is that this product contains several ingredients that are stimulants, and the second is that it contains several substances that are not proven in terms of their effectiveness in promoting weight loss or even in their safe use by humans.

Several of these ingredients, such as hoodia gordonii, have received a lot of hype and media attention, but that is the closest that they have ever come to a large, trusted, scientific study that would indicate that a specific dose in pill form will help to provide any degree of measurable weight loss.

The stimulants in Lipozin – green tea leaf extract, guarana, and caffeine – mean that many dieters will experience side effects through the use of these pills. Though smaller doses of these ingredients, or individual doses of them, may be used without problems by many people, the fact that these ones are combined increases the risk that they could result in symptoms such as shakiness and jitters, headaches, anxiety and nervousness, sleep struggles, diarrhea, and other discomforts.

It is highly recommended that anyone considering the use of this product should speak with a doctor, first.
