XyLEAN ReviewXyLEAN, from Lexona Labs, is a dietary supplement marketed for weight loss. This non-prescription diet pill has been designed to support appetite suppression, energy and focus. Each of these benefits can be highly beneficial to your dieting and exercising efforts as you work toward shedding excess pounds.

For instance, appetite suppression can help you stick to your efforts to maintain a healthful diet that is reduced in calories. Energy can help you carry on with your busy day and help you not skip out on workouts. Meanwhile, having focus can benefit both your dieting and exercising goals. When you have a clear head it is easier to stick to your objectives.

That being said, while these are all notable benefits, this doesn’t mean that XyLEAN will necessarily deliver them. Its efficacy is fully dependent on the ingredients within its formula.

When this XyLEAN review was written, the formula was composed of a XyLEAN Blend of which there was 725 mg per 1 table serving. The XyLEAN Blend contained the following ingredients: Caffeine Anhydrous, Beta-Phenylethylamine HCl, Phase-2 Carb Controller, White Kidney Bean Extract, Octopamine HCl, Theobromine, L-Theanine, Hordenine HCl, Synephrine HCl.

Based on the above ingredients, XyLEAN is likely to provide increased focus and energy. The main reason is due to the fact that it contains almost all stimulant ingredients. That being said, the fact that it contains so many stimulants is also a downside. The reason is that this significantly increases the risk of adverse effects, such as insomnia, anxiety, jitters, restlessness, heart palpitations, rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, etc.

To put this into greater perspective, the following are all the stimulant ingredients this product contains: caffeine, phenylelthylamine, octopamine, syneprhine and hordenine.

To make matters worse, this product combines caffeine with two naturally occurring stimulants in the herb bitter orange: syneprhine and octopamine. Synephrine, specifically, acts as a catalyst to caffeine. In addition to boosting its good side effects, it also significantly increases its bad side effects. As a result, this can increase the risk of dangerous cardiovascular events such as high blood pressure, fainting, heart attack and stroke.

Unfortunately, due to the number of stimulants in XyLEAN, it would be in your best interest to avoid this product. There are much safer non-prescription diet pills that can help support your weight management program. Still, if you feel that this product is worth a try, it is prudent that you first speak with your healthcare professional to make sure it is safe for you to take.

360 Lean is a nonprescription weight loss pill that is marketed as a thermogenic, which means that it is a type of fat burner that works by increasing the body temperature to the point that it requires additional calories or fats to be used as fuel. Therefore, the idea behind these pills is that they will make the body warmer so that more of the calories from consumed will be burned off to produce that heat, theoretically making it easier to lose weight.

While there are many pills that make similar claims to those made by 360 Lean, what helps this one to stand out is that there are a lot of positive customer reviews in terms of its effectiveness. That said, customer reviews should be considered to be helpful when making a decision about a product but should not be the only factor that is taken into consideration.

This is also important, because with a bit of a closer look, it is easy to see that while there are many people who like the weight loss that they experience through the use of these pills, there are many people – including those who lost weight – who have experienced powerful side effects that they found to be very uncomfortable and that has stopped many of them from being able to continue forward with this product.

360 Lean is a capsule pill that is made by a company called 360Cut. That company is based in the United States and sells a number of different types of supplement for dieters and bodybuilders. They say that they are “passionate about performance” and have focused many of their products on boosting physical performance as well as to improve some of the functions of the body such as fat burning and even the sleep cycle.

The ingredients that 360Cut chose to include in the 360 Lean formula include: glucuronolactone, sulbutiamine, caffeine, theobromine, white willow bark extract, 7-Keto DHEA, cayenne pepper, bioperine, yohimbine, and toothed clubmoss herb extract. This was the list that was available on the company’s official website at the time of the writing of this review.

It is clear that this product is based primarily on stimulants, but also on cayenne pepper, which contains capsaicin, which does, indeed raise the body temperature. Unfortunately, what has not been scientifically proven about any of those ingredients is whether or not the effect is powerful enough to actually produce measurable weight loss, or if the response exists, but not enough to burn the calories needed to lose weight faster.

Phentarmine Tablets are an over the counter weight loss pill that are made and manufactured by a company called GS Labs. This product is advertised as being nutraceutical, and that it is an appetite suppressant that will also speed up the user’s rate of weight loss. The facility and conditions under which this product is created meets the rigid GMP standards.

The formula that makes up the Phentarmine Tablets were chosen to promote thermogenesis in the body. This is meant to help improve the breakdown of the cells, reduce stress, improve blood circulation, control blood glucose levels, increase energy levels, and provide improved metabolic regulation.

Those ingredients include: L-Phenylalanine, Synephrine HCL, Theobromine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Copper Sulfate, 7-Keto (DHEA), L-Carnitine, and L-Taurine. Those are all combined into a white and blue speck pill. Clearly, this formula is greatly based on stimulants, particularly in the form of synephrine and caffeine. Those two stimulants are quite powerful and while caffeine can be used safely, even on a regular basis, the same cannot necessarily be said about synephrine.

Synephrine is a substance that is commonly found in weight loss supplements, despite the fact that the FDA has specifically issued a warning to caution consumers against its use for this purpose. It not only comes with the risk of potential dangerous side effects for certain users, but those risks skyrocket when it is combined with caffeine, just as has been done in the formula for Phentarmine Tablets.

Synephrine –particularly when combined with caffeine – can raise the risk of issues relating to increased blood pressure and can put a user at a greater risk of stroke or heart attack.

At the time of the writing of this review, a one month supply of these diet pills would cost $87 when purchased from the official website of the manufacturer.

Even though the marketing for this product suggests that there is a great deal of benefit to its use, there are no clinical studies to show that the formula is effective and safe. Some of the ingredients have indeed been studied individually, but not all of them have been found to be helpful for dieters or even necessarily safe to use.

Among the potential side effects of using Phentarmine are mood changes, headache, jitters, sleep struggles and insomnia, nausea, diarrhea, and others. It is important that anyone who uses this product should not do so after 4pm as it will increase the risk of overnight restlessness and problems sleeping.

Xenamine is a nonprescription weight loss supplement that is manufactured by a small company that is known as InnerVital. The official website for this product refers to these diet pills as fat burners and says that they will burn fat more quickly than any other supplement on the market. It also allegedly provides appetite suppression and metabolism boosting, though at the time that this review was written, the official website didn’t cite any medical studies that would indicate that there is any scientific research to support those claims.

That said, just because a product hasn’t been researched as a whole, it doesn’t mean that it won’t work. Therefore, after consulting a doctor, it is recommended that anyone considering the use of this product actually look into the ingredients and the research that has been conducted on them either together or individually. It is best to look for studies that are conducted by independent and reputable organizations, such as universities, that have not received funding by companies that stand to gain by positive results.

At the time that this review was written, the ingredients in Xenamine, which were listed on the official website, included: chromium, caffeine anhydrous, and a proprietary blend of hoodia cactus powder, caralluma fimbriata extract, glucomannan, green tea extract, theobromine, guarana, cha de bugre, maca extract, L-theanine, banaba, pomegranate powder, and gugglesterone.

At first glance, it is easy to see that a great deal of the results that are produced by this product are based on stimulants. There are several stimulant ingredients in this formulation. This doesn’t necessarily mean that it isn’t a good product, but it could cause unwanted side effects in many dieters. Moreover, it should also be noted that several of the ingredients in this list are not at all scientifically proven but are successful at the moment exclusively due to media hype. This does not say much about the ability of the Xenamine company to select proper safe and effective weight loss supporting ingredients other than the interest of that business in making money from consumers who have not done their homework when looking into their diet pills.

Finally, it should be noted that with a list of ingredients as long as this one, even if the substances that were chosen were each shown to be effective by research – which many of these have not – there still may not be enough to actually produce the type of effect that is being promised. For example, this proprietary blend is made up of a total of 992mg. Since studies showing that green tea extract successfully for weight loss used 500mg, and as it is fourth ingredient on the list, it is mathematically impossible for the manufacturers to have used enough of that ingredient to match the type of results that were experienced in the reputable research.
