That said, while there have been studies that have examined capsaicinoids supplementation and its effects on metabolism, there is limited research regarding its effects on appetite and human studies are lacking.
The point being, while NatureWise is not wrong in stating that Capsimax has been “clinically shown” to increase calorie burning and curb appetite, it also didn’t provide studies to backup these claims nor did it clarify if this clinical evidence was related to humans or animals. The bottom line is that this claim is misleading.
Will You Burn More Calories While You Sleep?
It is unlikely that you will burn more calories than you naturally would without taking this dietary supplement. Although NightTime Slim does contain certain ingredients that may aid fat burning and boost metabolism, such as green coffee and Capsimax, usually these are best utilized when they are combined with cardio exercise, which is the exact opposite of sleeping.
That being said, it does contain certain ingredients that may help with relaxation to aid in sleep. Still, there’s no proof that taking NightTime Slim will help with your weight loss goals in any measurable way.
