Daily Fit ReviewDaily Fit claims to be a stimulant-free fat burner that has been formulated to help you burn calories. It offers thermogenic fat burning support to help you stay lean and fit. It is manufactured by Optimum Nutrition and its primary active ingredients are L-Carnitine and Green Tea. Both of these ingredients are thought to help support metabolism and help you get the most out of your fat burning when combined with exercise.

More specifically, when this Daily Fit review was written, the formula contained the following ingredients per 2 capsule serving: Thiamin (3 mg), Riboflavin (3.4 mg), Niacin (12 mg), Vitamin B6 (4 mg), Folic Acid (200 mcg), Vitamin B12 (12 mcg), Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl (500 mg), Green Tea Extract (200 mg), Red Pepper Extract (65 mg), Black Pepper Extract (10 mg).

The suggested use is to take Daily Fit in the morning after meals. Other than this instruction on the official product page, no other directions, such as how many pills to take per day, etc.) are provided.

None of the above ingredients have ever been clinically proven effective or safe for weight loss or treating obesity. What’s more, Daily Fit is not stimulant-free as the manufacturer claims. It may be considered “non-stimulant” due to the low levels of caffeine in green tea but it is certainly not free of caffeine, which is a stimulant.

Although green tea certainly does not contain as much caffeine as coffee nor is the caffeine content of green tea extract as potent as caffeine anhydrous, caffeine still exists within it. For a company to claim that their product is “simulant-free” or to give the impression that it does not contain caffeine is simply untrue and irresponsible. It suggests that either the company is lying or that it does not know the difference between a product that contains caffeine and one that doesn’t.

Either way, this is a red flag for Daily Fit and the company behind it, Optimum Nutrition. If you are interested in taking a fat burning dietary supplement, there are better products available from far more reputable companies.

That being said, no matter what dietary supplement you might consider as part of your weight management regimen, always remember that it’s a good idea to discuss your plans with your healthcare provider. A professional medical opinion can be very useful in helping you find a product that is safe and provides you with the best weight loss support.

Sliminex Green Coffee is an over the counter diet supplement that was once called simply “Sliminex”, but is has recently completed an overhaul of its formula and, clearly, its name. This is a product that is sold primarily on its own website and, to a lesser extent, on some smaller supplement websites. There are very few third party sites that offer these supplements.

The official website does provide a limited description of Sliminex Green Coffee, but it is clearly geared toward selling the product and not as much toward informing the user. There aren’t any studies cited that would indicate that the formula, as a whole, has ever been tested, and the research conducted by the creators of the product wasn’t identified, making it difficult to know whether the claims made about the ingredients are based on medical science or whether they are simply promises made by a company that is hoping to sell a product.

The promises with regards to Sliminex Green Coffee state that taking this pill will give a user’s body the “boost it needs for peak performance.” It identifies benefits such as increased body and lean muscle mass, as well as higher energy levels and improved cardiovascular health maintenance, on top of a reduction in body fat as the ways that this “boost” will be provided.

Overall, this means that this product would fall into the vast category of weight loss pills in the fat burner and metabolism booster categories. There are hundreds, if not thousands of pills that make similar types of claims. While some of them can be exceptionally helpful to dieters – particularly those that are following a reduced calorie and increased activity level strategy – others aren’t nearly as good as they claim to be.

For that reason, it is a good idea to understand the ingredients contained within a product such as this, before simply believing the manufacturer’s promises. It is also a very good idea to speak with a licensed physician about the use of this product and whether or not it is safe and appropriate for you.

At the time that this review was written, the ingredients that were listed in this product formula were: satiereal saffron extract, green coffee bean extract, trimethylxanthine, garcinia cambogia, raspberry ketone, green tea extract, konjac root, and L-carnitine. This makes it clear that this formula is based primarily on the effects of stimulants, and ingredients made popular by Dr. Oz, but that he has since said was a mistake to recommend.

Lichi SuperFruit is a weight loss supplement that is available over the counter and that is currently being sold under the label of a formula that is new and improved. This product is based on a formula that has lychee fruit in it and that is assumed to now contain ingredients that will offer dieters a greater advantage in accomplishing their goal than had been available to them through the previous formulation.

This product is one of an ever-larger category that claims to be able to help dieters in being able to drop their excess body fat and that will also help those same dieters to keep the weight off once it’s gone. This indicates that individuals who use these diet pills will be expected to use this supplement not only while they are losing weight, but also into the future after they have arrived at their goal weight.

According to the product packaging, within a period of 12 weeks, dieters should be able to reduce their overall waist size by 4.48 percent and they should be able to shed 4.6 percent of their overall body weight, when compared to where they were at the beginning of its use. This is accomplished by combining the use of the product with a healthy diet and a fitness appropriate activity regimen.

The official website, itself, is extremely sales oriented, making it difficult to find any real information about the product. It does claim that users will be able to burn fat, keep the weight from coming back, and increase the metabolic rate. While it does mention that aside from lychee, the product also contains raspberry ketone and green tea, it is unclear as to whether or not that is the complete formula or if there are other active ingredients, as well.

At the time that this review was written, Lichi SuperFruit didn’t appear to be sold on its own through the official website. Instead, it was sold as a part of a broader “Lichi System” that included not only the pills, but also appetite suppressant chews, a meal replacement powder, a 6-day cleanse beverage, and a probiotic supplement.

It is not clear whether Lichi SuperFruit is still supposed to be effective on its own or whether it is designed to be useful only when combined with the rest of the system. The lack of information on the official website doesn’t provide the user with that type of guidance. Moreover, it appears that the product can be ordered only through an auto-shipment program on the official website, in which a 14 day free trial leads into the automatic monthly shipment of the full system. While this could be an exception to the rule, these types of auto-ship programs are notorious for causing consumer struggles with cancellations.

Innoveat is a supplement combination that has been designed to help dieters to lose weight more quickly and easily than they are capable of accomplishing on their own. Instead of being one pill that needs to be taken, it is actually made up of three different components, which are: Suppress, Satisfy, and Shed.

Together, the three Innoveat supplements are meant to help dieters to be able to overcome the main struggles that they face to achieving their goals. Moreover, the marketing for these products indicate that they are made exclusively of natural ingredients and that they won’t lead to any unwanted side effects.

The Innoveat supplements have received some attention from the media since they were first created, most notably the award that they received from Sublime magazine back in 2012, for Best Natural Product.

Taking a closer look at this supplement system, it should be noted that it requires the dieter to take a lot of pills every day. If it is taken according to the package directions, then it will mean that the dieter will be taking a total of 7 capsules every day. For many dieters, that won’t cause a problem, but for people who struggle to swallow pills or who aren’t good at keeping up with a schedule for taking them, this could make things slightly challenging, to say the least.

The effects that are supposed to be produced by the Innoveat supplement combination are appetite suppression, fat binding, and fat burning, in addition to a bit of a mood boost. That said, all of this is supposed to be accomplished with only natural ingredients and a very small amount of caffeine. The official marketing for this product claims that more than 250,000 satisfied customers have used this system.

The ingredients in the three different supplements that make up Innoveat are listed on the official website for the system. At the time that this review was written, the Suppress product contained only 5 hydroxytryptophan (derived from Griffonia Simplicifolia). Satisfy contained apple pectin. Shed contained green tea extract.

The official website for the products listed a number of scientific studies to support the use of these ingredients, which are quite commonplace in the over the counter weight loss market. That said, none of them were large scale studies on humans that proved that there was a direct link between the use of the ingredient and the measurable loss of weight. That said, there is very little indication that there would be side effects, and these offer more scientific support than many supplements that are currently on the market.

Lean Xtreme is a weight loss supplement manufactured by a company called Driven Sports. It is an over the counter pill that has been designed to function as a fat burner. That said, according to the official manufacturer’s website, it has been created to accomplish that goal without using any stimulants within the formulation.

This is an important point for many dieters. Stimulants are commonly used in diet pills because they can potentially provide a range of different benefits from fat burning to appetite suppression, as well as alertness and energy, depending on which ones are used and how much are included in a given formula. However, stimulants can also lead to unwanted side effects when they are used in large quantities or when they are taken by people who have sensitivities to that type of substance.

Aside from being able to provide fat burning without stimulants, Driven Sports also claims that Lean Xtreme will help the body to be able to maintain lean muscle, so that washboard abs will become visible once the fat has been burned away and is, therefore, no longer covering them up. Additionally, these supplements are also supposed to reduce cortisol levels in the body. Cortisol is often nicknamed the “stress hormone” and is often blamed for causing people to gain weight and stopping people from being able to lose it as easily. By reducing the level of cortisol, the idea is that it will make weight loss naturally easier for the user.

Lean Xtreme is marketed to two groups of people. While it is a weight loss supplement, it has also been marketed as a sports product for bodybuilders and other individuals who want to be able to reduce the layer of fat that is covering up their muscles. The idea is to provide more definition to the muscles.

All of those promises sound very appealing, but of course, they are only as good as the benefits that they can actually produce. Therefore, if you are considering the use of Lean Xtreme, then it is recommended that you take two primary steps. The first is to consult with a doctor about the way in which you intend to use this product, and the second is to have a closer look at the ingredients that make up the formula, to ensure that these substances are well known for actually producing the effects that are claimed, without dangerous or unwanted side effects.

At the time that this review was written, the ingredients listed on the official webpage for this product were: green tea extract, salvia miltiorrhiza extract, coleus forskohlii extract, phosphatidylserine, 7b-hydroxy, 17b-dihydro DHEA, and BioPerine.

Dexaprine is an over the counter diet pill that has been designed to provide dieters with appetite suppression at the same time as it increases their energy levels. While the website remains highly enthusiastic about its benefits, it should be noted that these pills have been the center of a considerable amount of controversy as a result of claims from some users that there have been strong side effects associated with its use.

Before using Dexaprine, it is recommended that a doctor be consulted and that the potential user take a closer look at the ingredients. The reason is that this may not be appropriate for all users and it is a good idea to know that it will be safe, effective, and provide the expected results before spending the money or placing health at risk.

When investigating the formula, each of the ingredients should be carefully examined. When looking at the formula that currently makes up Dexaprine, the good news is that the ingredient that had previously been included in the formula and that was associated with powerful or even dangerous side effects has been removed. That ingredient has been banned in the United States, Canada, the U.K., and New Zealand, among others.

The new formulation of Dexaprine contains only ingredients that are legal in all of those countries. It contains: caffeine, green tea extract, acacia rigidula extract, and citrus aurantium. For anyone who is familiar with ingredients that are commonly found in the over the counter weight loss pill industry, the problems with this new formula should be easy to spot. For one thing, three quarters of its ingredients contain stimulants, two of which are very powerful. This, on its own, can cause side effects that are uncomfortable for many users.

However, the biggest problem that can be seen with this formula is that it contains citrus aurantium. That substance – also known as bitter orange – contains synephrine, which is a substance that can be dangerous for many users and can lead to severe side effects such as an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. That risk only increases when it is combined with caffeine, which Dexaprine also contains. The potential for an adverse reaction is strong enough that the FDA has released a warning to dieters not to use products that contain synephrine.

For this reason it would be difficult to think of a reason to recommend this product.

Re:Active T5 Super Strength is a nonprescription weight loss pill that is designed to help a dieter to be able to shed excess fat in a way that will be more efficient than they would be capable of achieving if they were to rely exclusively on exercise and dietary changes.

According to the official webpage for this product, on the DesirableBody website, this product works by increasing the rate of fat burning while exercising, and by regulating the metabolism and energy levels in the body.

In order to understand whether or not this product has the potential of actually working as well as it claims, and to know that it will be safe for an individual to use, it is important to look at the ingredients and to speak to a doctor before purchasing these pills and especially before taking them.

At the time that this review was written, the official webpage for the product provided not only a complete list of the ingredients that make up the product, but it also identified exactly how much of each substance could be found in the complete formula. The ingredients were as followed: caffeine, L-tyrosine, naringin, L-tryptophan, bitter orange powder, green tea extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, and magnesium stearate.

At first glance, it becomes clear that this product is heavily reliant on stimulants in order to be able to produce the benefits that it claims. Though stimulants can, indeed, help to temporarily increase the metabolic rate, speed up fat burning associated with cardio exercising, and it can certainly increase energy levels, they are also notorious for producing side effects among many dieters.

In this case, the stimulant levels are actually quite high, as the caffeine, alone, is included at a level that is about the same as a cup and a half of coffee, and it is far from the only stimulant in this product. That amount of caffeine, taken at once, can cause jitters, anxiety, heart palpitations, increased blood pressure, headache, and other side effects. Even among coffee drinkers, some people struggle with this level of caffeine in a pill as it is not sipped gradually over time, but is taken all at once. Moreover, it is not the only stimulant.

Green tea contains some caffeine, and bitter orange powder is a very powerful stimulant that contains synephrine. It is powerful enough that the FDA (the U.S. Food and Drug Administration) has released a consumer warning that cautions people against using it because it can produce potentially dangerous effects in some people.

Xenamine is a nonprescription weight loss supplement that is manufactured by a small company that is known as InnerVital. The official website for this product refers to these diet pills as fat burners and says that they will burn fat more quickly than any other supplement on the market. It also allegedly provides appetite suppression and metabolism boosting, though at the time that this review was written, the official website didn’t cite any medical studies that would indicate that there is any scientific research to support those claims.

That said, just because a product hasn’t been researched as a whole, it doesn’t mean that it won’t work. Therefore, after consulting a doctor, it is recommended that anyone considering the use of this product actually look into the ingredients and the research that has been conducted on them either together or individually. It is best to look for studies that are conducted by independent and reputable organizations, such as universities, that have not received funding by companies that stand to gain by positive results.

At the time that this review was written, the ingredients in Xenamine, which were listed on the official website, included: chromium, caffeine anhydrous, and a proprietary blend of hoodia cactus powder, caralluma fimbriata extract, glucomannan, green tea extract, theobromine, guarana, cha de bugre, maca extract, L-theanine, banaba, pomegranate powder, and gugglesterone.

At first glance, it is easy to see that a great deal of the results that are produced by this product are based on stimulants. There are several stimulant ingredients in this formulation. This doesn’t necessarily mean that it isn’t a good product, but it could cause unwanted side effects in many dieters. Moreover, it should also be noted that several of the ingredients in this list are not at all scientifically proven but are successful at the moment exclusively due to media hype. This does not say much about the ability of the Xenamine company to select proper safe and effective weight loss supporting ingredients other than the interest of that business in making money from consumers who have not done their homework when looking into their diet pills.

Finally, it should be noted that with a list of ingredients as long as this one, even if the substances that were chosen were each shown to be effective by research – which many of these have not – there still may not be enough to actually produce the type of effect that is being promised. For example, this proprietary blend is made up of a total of 992mg. Since studies showing that green tea extract successfully for weight loss used 500mg, and as it is fourth ingredient on the list, it is mathematically impossible for the manufacturers to have used enough of that ingredient to match the type of results that were experienced in the reputable research.

Prescopodene is an over the counter weight loss supplement pill that has been designed to assist dieters in their effort to drop their excess pounds more easily and rapidly than would be possible with diet and exercise alone. The official website lists three different company names behind this product. These are Drop Down Ltd, Fittiny Health Ltd. and JC Arnica Corp.

When looking into those companies, JC Arnica Corp is a business based in Panama that has locations in the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Panama, Philippines, Canada, Romania, and the United Kingdom. This was the only company among the three for which an official website could be found. The Prescopodene diet pill is listed among the products it produces, on that official website, as well as on the pill’s own official website.

Fittiny Health Ltd. is a company based in the United Kingdom. It was first registered on February 8, 2013. Drop Down Ltd. is also registered in the United Kingdom and was created on the same day as Fittiny Health, though their addresses are entirely different. Both Fittiny Health and Drop Down are currently registered as active but dormant.

Therefore, the information for this review was gleaned from the official Prescopodene website, as well as the official website of JC Arnica Corp. Typically, after speaking with a doctor, the first step in reviewing a diet pill is to look into its ingredients. What was interesting about this process in the case of Prescopodene is that the ingredients are listed differently on the official pill website and the official manufacturer’s website.

The pill’s website lists the ingredients as being: green tea, grape seed extract, vitamin C and B6, quercetin, magnesium, L-tyrosine, hordenine, octopamine, tyramine, ginger root, and pantothenic acid.

On the other hand, the manufacturer’s website lists the ingredients as: green tea extract, DMAE, tyrosine, pyridoxine HCP, yerba mate, vitamin C, magnesium, pantothenic acid, ginger root, grape seed extract, cocoa extract, and Avantra Z.

Oddly, neither one of those lists is all that impressive, as there is only one ingredient on both lists – the green tea – that has any substantial scientific or medical evidence to suggest that it will produce the outcomes that it promises. That said, the list on the pill’s site is favorable to that of the manufacturer’s site, if only because it does not contain Avantra Z, which is made from bitter orange (citrus aurantium). That substance contains synephrine, against which the FDA has released a consumer safety warning.

It is notable that the official website of the manufacturer said that this product was created with “extensive testing and landmark clinical trials,” but it did not provide any of the details of that research.

ZendaSlim is an over the counter weight loss pill that has been formulated to make it easier for dieters to be able to reduce their fat levels in a way that is faster and easier than diet and exercise alone. This is an exceptionally common claim in the health and wellness industry, so it is important to investigate a product that makes this type of promise, before actually purchasing it and starting to use it.

The official website for these diet pills has underscored the idea that it is “doctor endorsed and recommended.” At the time of this review, there was, indeed, one doctor’s name that could be found on the website in the form of an endorser of ZendaSlim. What was interesting about this individual’s endorsement, at the time of the writing of this review, was that the picture of the doctor who was supposed to have been the endorser is not the same as the image of the man that is linked to the endorsement page. It is unknown whether the link image is a generic photo simply to represent the idea of a doctor who would recommend the product, or whether this is someone else who has remained unnamed but who backs this pill. Either way, it doesn’t leave a feeling of confidence behind on the side of the viewer.

One positive note is that the website takes the additional step of providing a list of all of the ingredients contained within ZendaSlim, including references to studies that have to do with those various substances. The ingredients that make up this product include: Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, African Mango Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar, Grapefruit, Caffeine, Acai Berry Extract, Resveratrol Extract, and Kelp.

While there are studies cited with respect to these ingredients, when actually looking at them, it is clear that many of them have a slim chance of actually providing any weight loss benefits to the dieter. Acai berry extract and resveratrol extract, for example, have been associated with some of the largest weight loss scams in the history of this category of the industry. Grapefruit has never been directly connected with fat loss. Green coffee bean extract and African mango extract are both greatly hyped ingredients that have never been adequately studied on human subjects for dieting purposes. All of their claims are unproven.

Caffeine and green tea extract are both supported by legitimate medical studies and can help to reduce the appetite, boost energy levels, and enhance fat burning.
