It is manufactured by Optimum Nutrition and its primary active ingredients are L-Carnitine and Green Tea. Both of these ingredients are thought to help support metabolism and help you get the most out of your fat burning when combined with exercise.

More specifically, when this Daily Fit review was written, the formula contained the following ingredients per 2 capsule serving: Thiamin (3 mg), Riboflavin (3.4 mg), Niacin (12 mg), Vitamin B6 (4 mg), Folic Acid (200 mcg), Vitamin B12 (12 mcg), Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl (500 mg), Green Tea Extract (200 mg), Red Pepper Extract (65 mg), Black Pepper Extract (10 mg).

The suggested use is to take Daily Fit in the morning after meals. Other than this instruction on the official product page, no other directions, such as how many pills to take per day, etc.) are provided.

None of the above ingredients have ever been clinically proven effective or safe for weight loss or treating obesity. What’s more, Daily Fit is not stimulant-free as the manufacturer claims. It may be considered “non-stimulant” due to the low levels of caffeine in green tea but it is certainly not free of caffeine, which is a stimulant.

Although green tea certainly does not contain as much caffeine as coffee nor is the caffeine content of green tea extract as potent as caffeine anhydrous, caffeine still exists within it. For a company to claim that their product is “simulant-free” or to give the impression that it does not contain caffeine is simply untrue and irresponsible. It suggests that either the company is lying or that it does not know the difference between a product that contains caffeine and one that doesn’t.

Either way, this is a red flag for Daily Fit and the company behind it, Optimum Nutrition. If you are interested in taking a fat burning dietary supplement, there are better products available from far more reputable companies.

That being said, no matter what dietary supplement you might consider as part of your weight management regimen, always remember that it’s a good idea to discuss your plans with your healthcare provider. This is a product that is sold primarily on its own website and, to a lesser extent, on some smaller supplement websites. There are very few third party sites that offer these supplements.

The official website does provide a limited description of Sliminex Green Coffee, but it is clearly geared toward selling the product and not as much toward informing the user. There aren’t any studies cited that would indicate that the formula, as a whole, has ever been tested, and the research conducted by the creators of the product wasn’t identified, making it difficult to know whether the claims made about the ingredients are based on medical science or whether they are simply promises made by a company that is hoping to sell a product.

The promises with regards to Sliminex Green Coffee state that taking this pill will give a user’s body the “boost it needs for peak performance.” It identifies benefits such as increased body and lean muscle mass, as well as higher energy levels and improved cardiovascular health maintenance, on top of a reduction in body fat as the ways that this “boost” will be provided.

Moreover, it appears that the product can be ordered only through an auto-shipment program on the official website, in which a 14 day free trial leads into the automatic monthly shipment of the full system. While this could be an exception to the rule, these types of auto-ship programs are notorious for causing consumer struggles with cancellations.

Both Fittiny Health and Drop Down are currently registered as active but dormant.

Therefore, the information for this review was gleaned from the official Prescopodene website, as well as the official website of JC Arnica Corp. Typically, after speaking with a doctor, the first step in reviewing a diet pill is to look into its ingredients. What was interesting about this process in the case of Prescopodene is that the ingredients are listed differently on the official pill website and the official manufacturer’s website.

Grapefruit has never been directly connected with fat loss.
