Matrix Night Shredder is a weight loss supplement that has been designed to help to boost the rest that you receive while you sleep and to give your body an added advantage so that it will burn a larger amount of fat during the time that you’re unconscious at night. According to the webpage for this product on the official website, the ingredients in this formula have been designed to promote rapid fat burning without including any stimulants. This makes it possible to comfortably take this product at nighttime without risking sleeplessness, as is often a side effect of stimulant based diet pills.

The non-stimulant fat burners are combined with sleep promoting substances so that Matrix Night Shredder can be used not only to lose weight but also to get a better night of sleep.

At the time of the writing of this review, the ingredients identified on the official webpage included: the Nocturnal Fat Attack Complex – (Raspberry Ketone, L-Carnitine, Irvingia Gabonensis and CLA), as well as the Rest & Recoup Matrix – (Magnesium, Theanine and 5-HTP), and non-active ingredients, which are Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium (DC), Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide.

These ingredients are not uncommon in the diet pill industry, but the manufacturer is accurate in saying that they do not contain stimulants. At the same time, the vast majority of these ingredients are considered to be unproven by the medical community when it comes to a direct relationship between their use in supplements and the ability to lose weight.

Furthermore, the inclusion of raspberry ketone and irvingia gabonensis suggests that some of the substances in this formula were chosen more because of media hype and the fact that they were once featured on the Dr. Oz show and less for any actual solid scientific evidence that would suggest that they can be safely and effectively used for weight loss purposes.

Still, among the 42 customer reviews currently posted on the official webpage on the manufacturer’s site, the average rating is a very high 93 percent (nearly five out of five stars), which is considerably higher than the rating that has been received by a number of other Matrix products on its own website. This is worth noting as it appears as though many customers are receiving positive benefits in terms of effectiveness and value, regardless of the fact that there isn’t a large body of scientific evidence to support its use for this purpose.

Sculpt CLA Capsules are a nonprescription weight loss tablets that are manufactured by L.A. Muscle, which was made to help to shed the extra pounds while preserving lean muscle mass. It is marketed as being 100 percent natural and as having a patented formula. This product has been created to help people who want to be able to keep up their training goals while they get rid of unwanted fat. It is designed to be taken in conjunction with a high protein diet and a regular exercise program.

The ingredients that make up this formula are conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), essential fatty acids, and vitamin E. The directions for the product recommend that one capsule be taken three times per day, with meals.

The official website for this product, on the L.A. Muscle websites says that Sculpt CLA Capsules will get “you super-lean, super fast!”. However, there isn’t much in the formula that suggests that this will be the case. The conjugated linoleic acid has certainly been scientifically studied and has been shown to be quite promising for encouraging weight loss among people who are overweight and obese, but on its own, it is not something that will promote weight loss that is “super fast”.

None of the other ingredients within the formula have been proven to enhance weight loss by any large human studies conducted by reputable organizations that have been published in peer reviewed journals.

The Sculpt CLA Capsules page on the official manufacturer’s website makes frequent reference to a study that it does not directly say proves the effectiveness of the pill, but it is certainly mentioned in a way that would suggest that something was proven when it was conducted. That said, a link to this 2007 study does not reveal who actually conducted it. It also showed that it was considered to be a pilot study and not one that was large enough to be considered to be proof of anything. Essentially, all that it managed to do was determine that further study would be needed. It was also not a study that looked into the effectiveness of the pill for weight loss. It was determining if the antioxidant potency was greater than the concentrations found in pure vitamin E. Even that determination was not conclusively made, and further study was recommended.

It would be difficult to discover any reason to recommend this product over many other rival products that are currently available on the market.

Body Perfect CLA 500 is a nonprescription weight loss supplement that is based on conjugated linoleic acid and that is designed to assist its users with weight management and in the reduction of body fat. The official webpage for the product on the website of the manufacturer, Bio-Synergy Ltd., says that using this product helps the body’s fat burning abilities and that the main ingredient has been shown to improve lean muscle and to reduce body fat.

There are two primary steps that should be taken before considering the use of this product. The first is to speak with a doctor – as it may not be appropriate or even safe for everyone to use – and the second is to have a good look at the ingredients and any research that has been conducted on them, particularly with regards to their impact on weight loss.

At the time that this review was written, the ingredients listed in Bio-Synergy’s Body Perfect CLA 500 were: conjugated linoleic acid, as well as the non-medicinal ingredients of gelatin, humectants, glycerol, water, and soya lecithin, which made up the capsule and the texture of the substance inside.

There have been a number of studies on CLA that have shown that it can be helpful for people whose goal it is to reduce their body fat levels, or who are bodybuilders. The research has also shown that when taken in the appropriate amount in conjunction with a healthy diet and a regular fitness appropriate exercise program, it can also reduce the symptoms of metabolic syndrome. None of that research was cited from the actual website. Though the official webpage for the product did say that it had research to prove that this ingredient worked, it didn’t actually make reference to any individual study, nor did it provide links where that information could be verified. The studies that were found for the purposes of this review were discovered through searches in medical journals.

The directions provided on the official webpage for the product say that between three and six capsules must be taken throughout the day. It doesn’t state whether they should be taken with water or food. That said, no more than six pills should be taken each day. The webpage also doesn’t recommend any specific diet or exercise program to use in conjunction with Body Perfect CLA 500, which could make it harder for users to be able to obtain the maximum possible results from the product.

The dietary supplement Tonalin CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is manufactured by a number of different companies and is marketed with the claim that it will help to reduce extra body fat while boosting lean muscle mass. This main ingredient, CLA, has been producing a large amount of controversy over the last little while. Though it has been known to produce some effects toward weight loss, there are some very undesirable side effects associated with the ingredient, and the amount of CLA required to be useful is very close to the amount where it becomes dangerous.

CLA is a chemical which is found within fatty acids and when taken orally can have side effects that include nausea, upset stomach, diarrhea, and fatigue. Furthermore, a study performed by researchers at the University of Guelph, published in 2007, found that CLA causes the body to lessen its insulin sensitivity. Insulin is the chemical released by the pancreas that allows the body to manage the glucose (sugar) in the blood. When people already have troubles with their glucose levels, such as in the case of hypoglycemia and diabetes, this can be dangerous. Decreased insulin sensitivity is especially dangerous for people who are at risk of type 2 diabetes – such as people who are obese.

CLA also increases the duration of bleeding as well as the likelihood that it will happen. Though for most people, this is a very minor risk, should there be a severe accident during the time of the use of the drug, or if immediate surgery is ever required, the risk of such increased bleeding can become dangerous. Those with stomach or digestive ulcers would also be put at risk with the increased bleeding from CLA.

A study in Portugal at Covilhã University Hospital published in 2008 found that the use of CLA increases the risk of inflammations of the liver and hepatitis. It is also not uncommon for the sudden onset of allergies to CLA which can cause a rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, facial swelling, and swelling in the extremities.

It is important to note that because Tonalin CLA is considered to be a dietary supplement and is not an actual medication or prescription drug, it has not been evaluated for safety or efficacy by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), nor is it regulated by them.

Before considering the purchase of this drug, it is very important to speak with your doctor to find out whether or not this is the right choice for you.
