Mag 07 Oxygen Cleanse is a nonprescription weight loss pill manufactured by a company called Aerobic Life. At the time of the writing of this review, an official website for either that company or product could not be located. However, the supplement is sold at a number of different online retailer websites and the company does have a Facebook page. Therefore, the information for this review has been gleaned from those sources.
Mag 07 Oxygen Cleanse is sold in the form of capsules. As the product has been labeled as both vegan and vegetarian on vitaminshoppe.com’s listing, it would be assumed that those capsules do not contain any animal based products. The problem, however, is that the ingredients list gelatin among the inactive ingredients that make up the capsule and gelatin is an animal based substance. However, on Amazon.com, the ingredients say that the capsule is made from cellulose, which is indeed vegan friendly.
This conflicting information makes it difficult to know what to believe about the product. Without an official webpage on a manufacturer’s website, it makes it even more challenging for a consumer to trust the information available online for this product.
One serving of Mag 07 Oxygen Cleanse consists of 3 capsules according to the nutrition table printed on the product. It specifies that there are 60 servings per bottle as there are 180 capsules per bottle. At the same time, when turning the product label around, the directions for using this product state that the user should “take up to 5 capsules at bedtime” with a large glass of water “for 7-10 days or until desired cleanse has been attained”.
This provides two conflicting instructions directly on the product package. Again, without an official website to consult or customer service with whom to communicate, there isn’t any way for a dieter to receive clarification.
Before using a product like this one, it is a very good idea to consult with a doctor. For one thing, most doctors now agree that cleanses provide more stress to the body’s organs than benefit. For another, with such conflicting ingredients lists and usage instructions, even if this product does contain a proper formula, only a medical professional would have the knowledge to guide a user.
That said, it is unlikely that a doctor would recommend using this product when there has been inadequate attention to directions and formula ingredients information.
