Dare to Bare is a nonprescription weight loss supplement that was created by a company called Shine Tanning and Beauty, Ltd. The marketing for this product is designed to appeal to female dieters and its official website has been created to give a bright, girlie kind of impression, based primarily on a vibrant shade of pink. That said, as cutesy and appealing as the advertising may seem to some, it should not be considered to be the most important factor when it comes to deciding whether or not this product could actually work. It is very important to look inside the bottle and not just at the packaging and marketing literature.

After having consulted with a doctor about Dare to Bare or any other diet pill, the next step is to look at the ingredients list in order to find out what substances make up the formula and to research each of them to find out if they have been studied by the medical community to show that they are effective for weight loss and that they are safe to use.

At the time that this review was written, the list of ingredients within the product was provided, though it did not reveal how much of each ingredient could be found within each pill. The ingredients listed included yerba mate, gota kola, ginseng, green tea, caffeine, and lecithin. These substances are supposed to make weight loss faster for the dieter, by boosting her energy levels, increasing the metabolic rate, and reducing body fat.

What is clear by looking at that list is that this formula is based almost exclusively on stimulants. Out of the six ingredients in each pill, four of them contain a stimulant of some form and in some level. This is made problematic by the fact that the quantity of the ingredients is not revealed as it makes it impossible for a dieter to determine whether or not the level of the stimulants would place him or her at risk of common side effects such as anxiety, shakiness, muscle tension, sleep struggles, and other issues.

For this reason, it becomes quite difficult to be able to come up with a reason to recommend Dare to Bare to a dieter over a number of other products within this category and that are marketed with a great deal more information for the consumer to use to inform him or herself.
